Looks good, except the pics make the silver look yellowish....i'm sure that's just the pics though!

Wonder how a gloss finish would make it look???

 when i done mine i block sanded the rocker strips but on the M42 rocker the strips come up close to the breather pipe, i guess careful block sanding then, once i finish duffs off this week were stick it ont he motor before he comes back winkeye

ye i used my mates angle grinder  it had that bit on the end (round wire brush type thing) but yeh that jus grinded all the crap off the cover. . . . had loads of shit on there.

when doing it had to do it with no pressure, the wire brush bit was so aggressive that i could see little metal grains coming off. once i got the hang of it was all good.

the stripes aint as shiny as i thought they would be. . . but im happy with the finish. was thinking of doin the silver bits the same purply colour as my motor. . . .in two minds.

but im loving the look of it right now. cant wait til the engine is in the car and finished!!!! winkeye

Crinkle paint looks the nuts.

My S50 plenum needs re-doing so I'm thinking about doing the whole lot in red crinkle with polished raised detail.

Mmmmm red crinkle.
