Karan, you can easily pick up an old yank motor for well under 10 grand. You can find OK condition Mustangs, cameros, and the like for 8 ish, or a nice alternative are trans am's my dad had one at one point, it was a 74' 454 bullnose ,probably the easiest car ive ever been in that lights up etc on the button.

Although like Player6 says, once these motors have been restored and had engine rebuilds they fetch big money, saw a Mustang,GT500 for Ԛ£80k at a car show once, like someones gonna have the cash on them lol :P

329iturbo- Pro street mate means that its basically been stripped out and been race prepped for the strip, not exatcly sure of regulations, but basically fck off big engine, all custom chasis, custom interior-ie dash, bucket seats, roll cage, harness's,etc,But its still street legal as its go headlights and all those sort of things. Their sort of like street cars, but just race'able,or sould i say drag raceable, i really wouldnt like to race on a track with one lol, the handling would be a bit

Yeh,these old cars are fetching big money at the moment.I was at Wheels Day, a big rod/muscle car show latly and i saw a car on a trailier, just the chasis and shell, no lump, the interior but all ripped up and needed a big time rebfurb, and it was 3 grand.lol rediculous. Somtimes it all depends, a lot of people can get lucky, my dad bought a 65 fastback galexie a few months ago for 5 grand as someone needed shot of it, sold it sunday for 6 and a half, having just given it a service. Thats cars for ya, its worth what someones willing to pay
