mate that looks well clean and a real sleeper cab, i can see it now cruzing along and then the turbo kicks in and ur flying wicked

Is that a Fosters can wrapped around your ignition coil?
Tell us more about the turbo conversion!
What manifold did you use/make and what engine managament.....and most important: How much power?!

much respect, I know that musta cost £Â£Ã‚£ to get it like that and with a turbo, how much power you running at the fly wheel?

cheers guys alot of work and swearing went into the turbo the whole lot cost me under a grand to do with a predicted 220 bhp which is got of a internet calculator its running standard everything im using super unleaded and octane booster at 5 psi while i save up for megasquirt. yeah it is a fosters can just a little extra touch!
i managed to get hold of 2 manifolds dont no what they are but there were castings which i hads to machine and weld the flange on

yeah it does fool ppl speacially when u blip the dump valve they have to do a double take!

the kit consists of:
full powerflow stainless exhaust
garrett t3
modified cossie intercooler behind grills
loads of home made brackets, pipes, adaptors
waher bottle of a digger

Have almost identical setup on a customers car( was fitted elsewhere), just had MS fitted and now to Dips for some body mods

Wow that does look nice mate. I have the utmost respect for anyman who can work on their own car. Me I just get Thong Dips to do all the work and i supervise and get in the way

Very nice, AFM on the "right" side too. Miss mine now and that was no where near as tidy as that.
Are you still running standard blue 325 injectors then or are my eyes decieving me, i couldn't get enough fuel in with them.
And these manifolds, you say you have 2

yes standard enjects seems ok what are you running? should i change them?

yes iv got another manifold i havnt machined it yrt i aslo have a modified cossie intercooler and another turbo

Well i was running 3.5 yellow injectors as it would pink on the blue ones, but it was a bit of a misson to stop it overfueling. Wish i had brought megasquirt at the time, sold the setup it in the end. God knows where it is now though...
Still suprised you are getting it to run on the blues, any increased fuel pressure at all?

it pinked abit at top end revs but then a added octane booster and i run super unleaded and it seems fine but is only a low boost set-up im on the save now for megasquirt

so what management are you running at the mo? surly the standard setup doesnt like seeing boost?
