looks better with the restoration but ditch those surf board bumpers, really spoils the look.

wow well done dude, car is coming along great!!!
PS: maybe try a bumper tuck, since you going to all the trouble of restoring her, this could be a valid option to you.

took the spoiler off a 325is that was totalled, idk what im going to do about the bumpers...maybe ill try that tuck thing that Hyperion was talkin about. Ive had the seats totally rebuilt so they look completely brand new. I have yet to finish electronic work on the ICE that i have. I will absolutley have much better pics of my cab when she's finished, but these are here just to show you guys what true work has been done on it, im hoping to keep it as original as i can (aside from the spoiler and maybe a bumper mod).
Right now im 16 so I can drive it with a licensed adult in the passenger seat (kinda is bad since it is usually my super strict parents) but I will be 17 on the 18th of March!! This has been my dream to own a bimmer since i even knew how to say the names of cars (when i was 2 1/2 years old amazingly).
There is a sad part to this story though....my parents (mother basically) do not like the idea of having a convertible as a first car....so it may go within a year of me driving it....which is really making me upset

.....
Other than that, all is well! Id like to get any type of suggestions of things i can do at a low or no cost to me that would aid in the look (other than cleaning since im a detail guy at the shop). Im sorry to say though that i cannot remove the 3rd brake light....required by law on specific cars here in New Jersey, USA.
Thanks for the compliments too!
