wot sort of bmw kit can i put on ma baby cuz it look abit bare

You could put an M Tech II kit on it but it's a lot of effort.

Really like the wheels, CID stylee

If you're interested in a set of 15" BBS X-spokes I have a set in my garage with nearly-new tyres

They're like the ones on my cab:

how much dude an why is the kit gonna be effot

by Zayyan
Kit is effort as it needs to be sourced, painted, have holes drilled in the doors for the side pods etc.

I'd say not worth it really. iS front lip as you have, a pair of sideskirts (or even painted sills) and the bottom (black) part of the rear valance colour-coded white makes the car look less bare and a little lower as well due to bringing the colour down.

I think this is what I'll be doing to mine eventually - cheap and easy to do yet it makes the car stand out.

PM sent re the wheels.

dont bother! kepp it standard iS, but just make it immaculate. too many people buy iS's and then change everything, making them just like other E30's. the iS is a bit special and different...

..embrace her! i know Dan (318iS) see's my point!

Yep, I agree, keep the mods beneath the bonnet (if you must mod).

lowering is definately the 1st port of call

standard height cars with big wheels and kits look daft imo

tec 2 kit is actually a piece o piss the only holes u need to drill are on the sills which is fine if u waxoyl and paint the bare metal at the edge of the holes. besides a few little holes is not gonna make ur car rot overnight it takes years for that shit to happen e30s are a quqlity bit of kit u know

the kit aint that bad or hard to fit, but its worth giving it to a pro to fit. no hole drilling required to to the doors to fit, zayyan got that one wrong, skirts will need one on each end at leats on the inside of the wheel arch lip. i would drill in to a sill, bond it on, look at it on the folowing link http://www.e30zone.co.uk/modules.php?na ... 746#407746
