my old one!

60mm front 40mm rear H&R cupkit springs one their own, with Bilstein inverted dampers. It's a one off system, i'm afraid. Loads of money and the handling is awsome but it's very low and there are a few draw backs!

Whats the price for your car then!

this is my sport i know its not silver but its on 16" alpinas and a 40mm drop at the front and 60 at the back it handeled the tits with the 8" wide rear wheels

Image

iv now got 17" wheels and its still good but not as good as with the 16" it was hard to lose the back end, i might go for some 18" alpinas but not to worryed about wheels yet as it has some lol

BIGJO that is f#@kin Gorgeous btw, what kind of suspention did you go for? is it a cunt over speed bumps n that? is it bouncy or a ruff ride or is it quite smooth?

Looks the tackle!!!!

It's a nightmare over speed bumps but you can get over them. The best way is if u take the bump at an angle, then go over it by swinging the car the opposite angle. Will explain this again if need be, it's very hard to explain.

The ride is very bumpy, i mean if there is the slightest bump in the road.....u will feel it. It feels worse than it actually is. It all makes it up around the bends though! Grips like f**k! I raced an Audi S4 yesterday which has been tuned nicely, but he could not compete around the bends! Not just that, my 325i Sport is running some power

I use Koni adjustables on my car, however the H&R Kit on the E30zone are just as good. Recommend adjustables only if you're going to actually use the adjustable facility. I need them as i'm from London so the roads are all smooth (60 60), however when i visit some of my family in Brighton it's soooooo bad  speed bump, speed bump, speed bump! Therefore you will need to adjust the suspension & put it up a couple, maybe a few mils.

The tip of my front bumper is a little scratched from driving in Brighton, & one of my sump bolts had lost it's shape when the geezer who was servicing my car yesterday showed me. He said he was suprised that i didn't crack my sump................think a sump guard is necessary!

Alpina's is a must, PCW's do a nice set. Even got a slight sparkle to them!

Any questions geez, give me a shout

Regards, Jo.

I know exactly what u mean bout takin the speed bumps at an angle lol sum f#@kin about eh, i had a 106gti lowerd 90mm what a nightmare!!

Wel the roads in Fife are rough as a badgers arse so im gona think twice bout puting it down 60, going by what uv just said my sump will last bout half an hour up here :?

What u had done to up the power Bigjo?

Nasir, i wax my car once a week (Sundays). I use Meguiars products, Halfords have a small collection but the site has a massive range.

www.meguiars.com

And the PCW's, it's all about the sparkle  BK's also do a nice version, (got a set but they're only used as winter wheels).

Mike, 90mm? That's LOW! What about 40mm all round? That would look nice, your front bumper will also sustain in good condition & u won't have to get it re-spayed every 6 months like me

Right my car:

Schrick 288/288 cam with high performance valve springs (which you need when you're running this cam so the valves stay in one peace).

BTB 6 branch manifold with downpipes.

Superchip which is remapped for the Schrick cam.

Full Scorpion exhaust (straight through) but am aventually going to powerflow to get an exhaust system with the ECU all mapped up).

60mm Koni adjustables (am looking to get a H&R kit with the anti-roll bars sometime soon & put the Koni's on the red 318iS).

Looking to get the BMC or ITG induction kit from the zone but currently got a thread to see which one is better. Reckon BMC, what you guys reckon?

http://www.e30zone.co.uk/modules.php?na ... ic&t=40581

Also got E30 M3 seats & air con which can be nice for the summer  .

Regards, Jo.

Bet it sounds the bizz eh? did you do all this yourself and is there a big difference after all these mods?

In the coming future i may even get it turbo-charged (in the process of talking to Ant about this).

Or maybe get it super-charged (which ever one is better, but really feeling a supercharger because turbo's keep going wrong).

BUT because i'm only 21, getting any of the above might be a bit hard with the old insurance. Will aventually get quotes though.

Spent quite a bit on the BM but it's worth every penny! You can hear this bad boy from a mile away. You might find this funny but i have to park up the road from my house, otherwise my neighbours go MAD :?

I can definately feel a difference in this BM as i've had 6 E30's (3 325i Sports, 2 325i SE's & 1 318iS), only one of my 325 SE's could keep up with my bad boy which i have now, that was tuned to the bullocks by my mate who worked for BMW in Brighton. BUT the Sport at the moment does shift!!!

Shizzle Faz! U know that sh*t!

How's your Sport geez? Jord was saying it looks the Bee's Knees! Put some of ya pics up, ain't seen it!

Insurance was a killer, i was 18 & paid £2,500 on an SE. As they wouldn't insure me on a Sport. Then turned 19 & sold the SE & picked up a Sport with no extra cost & insurance was £2,300, nothing can beat the Sports (besides the M3's).

When i turned 20 it dropped to £2000.

Now that i'm 21 it's dropped to £1,600.

I'm insured with Admiral. They offer you better rates but you have to pay it all in cash!

What are you paying on the old insurance up North then Mike?

Scorpion geez! I have a straight through & it's RAW! Although the cam & 6 branch make most of the sound up, but when it was a standard 325i Sport it still was raw!

I might be going to Powerflow in Brighton to get an exhaust made with it all mapped up, as they're the dogs bullocks! Might get rid of my Scorpion if you want to give it a go?

Is it a 325i Sport or 318iS faz? Scorpion on a 325 is madness mate!!!

Mike, so what you going to get on your car fella? You still feeling the H&R kit?

Okay mate, well let me enquire about the powerflow stuff & i'll get back to you. If the price is right then i'll get it straight away & you can take the Scorpion off me. However, if the price is more than expected i'll have to keep the Scorpion for a little longer, maybe a matter of weeks or months depending on the price.

Mike, PM me with an offer.

Faz, what you saying cuz?
