My first e30 was a red m-tech 2 325i se and looking at yours brought back same good memories .Yours looks stunning, a mint red tech 2 is hard to beat imo.

Hahaha my OCD wishes I had the time, space and funds to strip this to a bare shell and start over. To me, that's a full resto

Thank-you! I work in digital media so I've become familier with the old photography

Those images were shot on Sony a7iii and Zeiss 50mm f/1.8!

What did you do with the intake manifold in the end. Is it really just sandblasted and lacquered?

Thanks! Yes, thats bead blasted and then lacquered over. Came out very well, very please with it.

Wow it's looking amazing. Great thread with detailed pictures and an amazing car. Once you have the car back on the road I'd like to know what you think about those rear subframe bushings.

Hahaha it's a never ending battle. There's still a lot I wish I could have done differently however money and time wouldn't allow.
