Was you at the E30zone anniversary meet at the ace cafe the other month as I'm sure I saw this car parked by the bus stop?

Nice one a man with style
Cheers brother
Now I'm jealous.
I want your box, I love 325 manual it makes the exhust note much better.
We will have to get them together at a show, I'll pay for the teas if you go get them, if you come back and notice your wheels a bit tatty with budget tyres on and peeling centre caps and a 80's mobile on your centre console then they obviously put something in your tea. Lol

I'd actually prefer the auto, much better wafting about in a cab!
Mine doesn't have the phone but does have heated seats & cruise control
Does your automatic roof still work?!

Roof works but needs a little greasing I think.
No heated seats or cruise, was yours factory or retro.
I got auto 320 cab auto as well but every now and then it's nice to have a little clutch action.
I'll do you a favour and swap ya a 320 auto.

Unusual colour combo but works perfectly. Like it a lot.
Leather looks amazing. Has it been re-dyed?
I had an '89 Merc 230E with a dealer fit Motorola phone, possibly the ultimate 80s interior option. Such a shame you can't use them anymore.

Paintwork is original and leathers are but the side bolster on drivers side has just started to wear so need to get that sorted as for the phone I don't want to take it out coz it's been drilled through the centre console and there not cheap and like you say it's ultimate 80's accessory and looks more at home than a parrot. Errrrrr.
Thanks

Yeah they often need a helping hand, a good lube of all moving parts usually gets them working under their own steam if the hood straps are still pulling the hood down the correct way, which they usually are not!
The HS & cruise were all factory options on mine, it's also got factory AC. None of this makes up for the huge dent in the side though !

You were right it was my car.
I bought it off the fella down my road and he said it's never been moved in 2 years so when I got it out of storage he said last time he used it was to go get an mot.
I thought seeing as he was telling little porkys I would too. Lol.
He now thinks world war 3's gonna happen...I've told him that I put a picture up on a forum of me new car and I got a pm 5 mins later from a very angry man claiming that if that's my car his gonna rip my head off, I told him the fella said I was parked up to the right of the bus stop at the ace cafe on a Bmw meet night and I scratched his car.
At first he said I've never been there, I said funny that coz the man explained about the phone and autobox anyway his had a couple of worried nights thinking his getting a repair bill.
The cats out the bag now and his relieved.
I got to tell ya bss325 you don't need glasses mate and there's no imposter. That's a relief.
