Hi all this is my first e30 and my first bmw
I had it in a deal with a chap by my unit
Im a newbie to the bmw scene so may have loads of questions popping up in the future lol
Ive got a mk1 golf to sort out before i can start on this but theres a good chance i will end up doing work on this at the same time
I really want to tidy it up deck it and stick it on a nice set of wheels
But part of me wants to do a track/road car out of it

Whats the best lowering method,coilovers?
Defo going to deck it whatever happens a‘a
Do the sumps suffer much when slammed?

if you go lower than 60mm on the front you'll find the sump and the steering rack catches the floor a lot

I've raised the engine in mine and changing the rack due to clipping road debris. I'm on 17s too

Most on here would have broke it anyway so the fact OP is going to give the car an extended lease of life is thumbs up in my book :D
