E30 build

Hi there,
So finally got the time, as promised on the new member site, to upload some pictures and info about my little project. First some spec:
E30 325i from 88
Engine is from a 92 E36 325i
BC racing suspension
Poly bushes
Finess.se cage
Sparco seat
Schroth 6 point harness
I must say, the amount of time it takes to build a car for track use takes much more time that I anticipated, bought the car in November last year as an ex rally and then drift car. Which means the car was in a very bad state!! It was rusty, well rotten to be honest. But everything is sorted and nearly done with bolting the new stuff on. Seat, belts and tyres and the car is ready for it's mot and rally approval. The reason for me to get it through an mot is that I will use it for hill climbs and then the odd trackday:)
Oh and I need to sort out a little overfueling issue. Well that's what I think it is. There is a bit of black smoke when you rev it and it smells a bit of fuel. There was not O2 sensor and the airmass sensor was unplugged. I have installed an O2 sensor and got the thing running well again. Apart from the black smoke. Maybe the ecu needs to "learn" again?
I guess there is plenty of tyre info on the forum regarding pressures etc? I am thinking of running r888r. The thing has a welded did as well so need to find a new diff. What you guys recon on a welded diff on a track? I used to live in UK and worked as an track instructor, so I've tried cars with proper nice diffs, but never welded up...
Anyway, any comments are welcome. If you think it's nice, thanks. If you think it's ugly, well at least I'm the one who is seen driving ita˜a
How do I attach picture???
