Hi all,

I thought I would share my project with you all as its quite exciting considering its a turbo!

After 3 E30 325I convertibles I was after a coupe until I came across this. Negotiations with the seller were tough but managed to tie up a deal & collected it, there were a few more jobs that needed doing to the car than stated by the seller but most importantly the conversion is done to a suitable manner & the running gear is strong.

Anyway, payment was made to the seller & on the way we go! being a 318is 16v twin cam engine i didnt expect it to be that smooth on the way home, being a turbo it drove really well, crazy amounts of power there once the foot goes down!

Update 31/01/2015

LONGGG overdue update! decided to take out my turbo'd cabby, first of all i put all the carpet & interior back in a while ago, also had a scorpion slashback backbox fitted only to discover the whole exhaust system is poorly made so that will need to be sorted soon, got it washed today though, enjoyed it! started doing the stereo as the one in there was abit dated! will update on that tomorrow!

Here are some snaps from today!!

Update 08/02/2015

As my e30 needs a new exhaust system due to poor fabrication i decided to take it to Torque Flow, Imran gave me some advice & told me whats best so ive booked it for this Wednesday coming, cant wait till its done. I had ordered pressed number plates from eBay along with tailored fitted mats, pretty decent, got everything fitted along with new number plate surrounds. Had the car washed as i do every week, removed the wood trim for the interior & then got around to sorting the stereo wiring which im glad to say is all neat & tidy!! below are some pictures today with the roof down & some latest interior pictures.

That's rich after the last time you tried to sell a car to a zoner on here.

Hope you keep this one longer than 5 minutes

Mmmm well, i have the carpet out as it was damp, THANKFULLY the floors are mint! i presume its just the age of the car, so im having the carpet full washed & dryed by a local company, then the seats are getting re-coloured if i come across anyone around me if not will have to do it myself! :o but tomorrow ive got it booked in for oil & oil filter change, new set of plugs, rear diff bush & oil change, also getting the turbo pipes checked, have had 1 pipe custom made for better airflow, will update as work goes by
