E30 318I Convertible Alpine White

Dear E30 lovers, I have purchased my beloved E30 convertible back in 2012 with the hope of keeping her for ever but then situations have changed and tried to sell it. I guess its tough times for every one as not much demand 
Therefore rather than accepting peanuts for it I have decided to keep her for a while longer 
Now a couple of issues.
First the paint and the bodywork is in really good condition but for some reason some stains sinks in to the paint and is soooo hard to get rid off such ass bird s..t. it appears as the paint soaks it in and no matter what i do it leaves a mark for a few washes.
Second, I need a hardtop any body know where I can get one as I had no luck on ebay.
Third, is it wise to change the interior to leather or keep the cloth interior and maintain its originality,( interior does not have a mark on it)
Any other suggestions to add to this baby?
