Hi everyone this is my BMW e30 Cabrio
M20b25
Model Year 1986
Black Leather
M-tech I
Coilover
Keskin 16x9”³ Rims

I buy the car in October 2010 in a bad shape.

Spring 2011 I start the restoration,

Start by removing the engine, clean it, paint it and replace the gaskets. My Friend Arnar Leví helped me with that.

The summer of 2011 I drove the car 6.000 KM and loved it, my first cabrio summer !!

Then in the fall it went into the garage again...

Spring 2012
I find these Keskin KT1 rims for sale here in Iceland and buy them. My friend Fannar ( F2 ) work on them, polish and paint. I also buy a coilover kit from Raceland.

Was asked to park the car in the local mall because of the launch of GTA V

Now the car is pretty good in my opinion, just little things left, rubber mouldings front and rear bumper, and some more.

Bought new head lights "Hella Dark" replicas

The car has been nominated for "Car of the year" in the Icelandic BMW club www.BMWkraftur.is
Today the car sits in the garage waiting for next summer :)

Thank you for your time :)

Lovely looking cab - I like the colour change too. I think one of the zoners (verde) was also considering making the same change to his saloon, however, he is now an executive, so doesn't have the time any more.

Love your thread, great job!

That is exactly what I am doing to my car now, except it is facelift M-tech 2, and I am changing both side panels :? . Are you happy with the color? I am having a hard decision between Shwarz 2 and Marrakesh Brown.
