Hi All,
Sold the E30 M30 alittle while ago now and purchased an E21 323 the day after to replace here. She is currently in pieces and slowly getting the welding sorted.
But have now made another purchase, she is still a BMW but an E12 528i auto. She was stripped of all trim and given a cut and polish over the weekend and is not awaiting the arrival of a new water pump. Then i will get her on the road. She drives great excluding the water pump. lol. Wife has decided that I must sell her E36 as she wants the E12 as her daily.

Hi all,
E12 got its road worthy certificate on saturday morning and yesterday I went and registered it. Fitted the numbers plates the moment I got home and drove her to work this morning. What a pleasure to drive. I love it.
Still some things to sort though. The heater matrix was leaking so have bypassed it. But with the weather being 30 degrees everyday currently it is not really a big deal.
Plus I think i need to bleed the coolant some more as the temp started to rise alittle in traffic. Apart from that I am one very happy man. [/img]

What's with the other non-E30 lurking in the background
Another project car? A Lotus Espirit?

That is a photo from where i picked it up from. The picture at my place shows the E21 behind it. Yes it was a Mazda RX7. A very rough one at that too.
So yesterday while driving the car, once stationary the temp would rise, so this morning got the thermostat out of it and checked it and it was closed and would not open. Left it out for today but have ordered a new one and will replace this weekend. But now no temp problems at all.
