Taken last year after wheel refurb. will try get few more up to show interior. But it hasn't been out of my workshop yet this year. Summers coming!

splendid !! whats the details and milage etc being youve owned it for 16 years ? would like to see lots of detail !

Yep 16yrs, I cant believe it either. Its done 127k now, having done 50 something when I had it. Its a two owner sport, the original owner being a family friend, so I have known the car since it was new. When he wanted to trade it I bit his hand off. It is totally original, even keeping the 80s original car phone! (makes handy arm rest). I have replaced exhaust system with stainless steel. other than that original.
For this year, pretty sure that a new steering rack is a job as PAS is weeping from gaiter, and the batterys need replacing in the SI board (again) Getting quite good at doing them now!
Never been welded, only replacement panel was a front wing bout 10yrs ago after a parking bump. Any other sports owners please get in touch, loving the threads!
Yep 16yrs, I cant believe it either. Its done 127k now, having done 50 something when I had it. Its a two owner sport, the original owner being a family friend, so I have known the car since it was new. When he wanted to trade it I bit his hand off. Lovely car, the tech1 sport is this undisputed king of e30s and has a great fan base on here
Looks a nice motor yours, go to be worth a good 10k now I would think.
There are quite a few tech 1 sport resto threads on here, they are a good read, Polsta is restoring one at the moment.

Davidt has had his tech 2 for 13 years, 16 as 2nd owner is magic, the shifty Si batteries you can get a later style cluster unit with the better batteries and just swap over all your dials and coding plug etc if you wanted too
