Dug this out today so I could paint my fence thought I'd post s pic. It's not been moved this year up and I've never uploaded any pics of it up to now.
Was converted to M50 and manual transmission last year. Its not finished yet still plenty to do it may not even see the road this year as I am so busy with my house and garden

Having moved it yesterday it's been staring me in the face everytime I go outside so I thought I would stick a few more pics up?
Basically, I bought the car a year and a half ago after I decided to scrap my 318is. It was feeling sorry for itself, a non-starter and in need of love. I bought it off a dodgy back street garage in Shropshire for less than 500 pounds. It's not perfect, but out of the 7 E30's I've had it has to be the cleanest. It was badly advertised and I thought it was worth a look, turned out it was an SE so had quite a lot of morsels including rear privacy blind, OBC, HLWW etc
Anyway, bodywork-wise it scrubs up well, needed a couple of bits welding in the floor pans and tbh will need some more in the future but for now I have run out of money and will-power. Here are some pics, all the usual areas are very good.
Always wanted a nice E30, so made sure I bought all the right bits and whilst there had alot of the parts powdercoated
As already stated, 24v power and manual transmission installed, as well as EVERY single bush, and perishable part replaced throughout the car, only one I missed was the diff backplate bush

It's all running nice and tight, and the Z3 shortshift makes it feel like new! The engine is as quiet as a watch.
That's an Eibach strut brace too that I had on a scrapper.
I just installed some pukar reg plates too:
Before:
After:
Rear After:
So there it is really, no interior shots as it is a mess with no carpet in, glovebox or consoles or the like. There is a coolant leak from the heater valve and it needs a black headlining and replacement sunroof panel which I don't have the time for. There is also a powdercoated tank, filler pipe and breather pipe cover to go on as well as Road tax.
I've found a couple of rusty bits that need attention but there is nothing major of great concern, needs a new drivers door and a sunroof panel which I have thanks to Sunnyr83
I like the standard look and so far I am happy with how it turned out.

H&R Springs mate, 35mm drop.
The ride is perfect, rigid but not too stiff that it smashes your teeth to bits as you go along.

Not loads, but I have a lot on all costly stuff and the car isn't a priority sadly
