E30 Zone

Greetings from Finland! Here's couple of my project E30's and E28.

E30 S54 Turbo (painted it + did do all the mods by myself, I will make all the M3 chassis mods in winter time):

Holset Hx50 mfs
Vems ecu (using double vanos)
2200cc injectors + E85
8,5" + 10 x 18" OZ Hartge rims
D2 coils with also coils in rear
E30 M3 axles
E34 M5 brakes
Stainless steel airbox
etc...
Now car is suffering valve damage at sixth cylinder but new parts are coming for that disease ;)

Some ugly engine bay. Must do it all over again. Made in such big hurry.




First proper testing day so it's basically only burnouts and not fast driving. Also ****ty shifter and streering wheel pump were bothering all day

1000cc injectors + E98 fuel (must upgrade to E85 after I finish my E28 project)
11" + 13" x 18" Work Rezax II rims with golden spike bolts and 6" wide rear lips.

And last but not least. First car was running with M52B28 engine but I needed something different so that's why 2jz.
BMW E28 535 stuffed with 3.0l 2jz engine + R154 gearbox. Stock twins + stock ecu with basic mods at this time but maybe single turbo conversion with Vems ecu in winter time ;) Also must paint the whole car in one color because previous owner did make quite interesting paint job Or I will leave shark on the sides and paint hoods and roof. K-sport coils, E34 M5 brakes etc.

Just painted my friends E30 V8 hood today Yes we map the cars also by ourselves. It's basically with all things that do and learn

18" Hartge + Rial Daytona Race

Finally got my new block from machinery shop and now I can start to assemble bottom part of the engine. Cylinder head is still in machinery and I hope that I get whole engine fitted back to chassis in next month.
While waiting block I did make some new rims and started to fix one s50b30 engine + painted team mates E30 V8.

It actually would be easier to fit E30 because E28 have that idiotic hydraulic brake booster shit. And I advice everyone to make single turbo conversion straight away because it gives you 2x more room in egine bay

Heh heh, I just did make one swap for my friends E24 in eastern

Today was time to check some pistons + rods.

New block painted.

While waiting for cylinder head to S54, some painting for E28. I used gunmetal color and it looks quite nice (better than red/silver cubes ).

Something from the weekend. Finland biggest BMW event Bimmerparty, about 1350 cars and 4500 spectators this year. This clip is from burnout competition. Car is working nicely although belt for water pump + alternator did snap in several pieces while driving the cooling round
