started this a while ago now, all posted up in the s50 section as im dropping a b32 in. All oem parts were used including doors and quarters. resprayed Alpine white 3. I kept facelift taillights as I prefer them to skinny pukey ones!!!

This is my s50b32 with 33k ECU mapped flashed 5spd box

may i also remind you that respect should be given to the 318i '91 facelift which gave its azz up for titty and booty conversion, hence a little respect shown in preserving the taillights.

I agree about keeping the facelift lights,as you say Wayne its never going to be a genuine M3.
Personally I think they look good.
Cool project, looking forward to more updates

how come you guys are not concerned with the rhd??? its always silly things like badges and lights, my god!!! look at the picture above the facelift lights look sooo much better then the 'they forgot about me' lights. pre facelift lights are the only thing that let the m3 body down

Love this project,

I'm planning on doing a e30 convertible from scratch in a few years and I'm still umming and arring about doing an m3 kit..

How much is all the bodywork costing if you don't mind me asking? pm me if you don't want to say it out on here! :)

Keep up the work and I look forward to seeing more pics!

And keep the facelift lights lol..If I was to do it, I'd probably be doing it on a 92'K !

been running around today buying last few bits for the conversion, brake servo, e34 dipstick tube and o-ring, bushes etc. Cars going to amw motorsport for conversion, adrian (engineer) will be dropping the lump in aswell as the ss exhaust, wiring, oil cooler (mokal), prop & diff. Diff needs crown and pinion changing to 3.25. will be putting the pics up as the work progresses. Still not sure on what coilovers to get??? :?

this is where it went wrong !
can't believe you went full rear quarters and didn't go pre-face rear panel to keep it sweet this would look so much better with early lights,
