Yep they are the dare versions, 8.5j & 10j.

I have been sponsored by a company to run them, but they are good, the quality is so much better then alot of others I have seen, I drift/track on these and they hold really well, no issues!

If you are looking, speak to matt at stanceduk

Thanks Phil, I have done and mentioned you 8).

I'll hopefully see your car at a drift day one day as I'm tempted to V8 one of mine.

Phil, have the outer arches been "tubbed"?
Do you have any pictures of some of the steps involved in fitting those arches.

Thanks

Not tubbed just have some bolt on over fenders, the step was a massive angle grinder!

I had been having issues with clearance, as when im drifting I try and run wide tyres for grip (255+)
Anyway, the arches bolt on so on the rear I have had the stock arches cut out all the way to that point, then the two skins pinched together and welded.

Once the arch work was clear, its simply drill and rivet to fit

And on the front the same, if you look at this photo, pretty much all that is black was cut away, you dont have to do this to run theese size wheels, but Im running e46 arms so wider track and with my spacers the offset is around et -5

This picture does have 9js on with MASSIVE tyres

Oh cool, do you have any pictures of where the rear outer arch was cut away and the two skins welded?

Cheers

The new look is awesome. How much camber is dialed in on the front?

Yep I can get you a photo,
Thanks very much, the car is still very rough and ready so no doubt I'll get the front end off and redo it,
Camber with e46 arms is 8 degrees at the moment, gives lots of grip whilst on lock but I'm still playing with set ups,
Trying to find a medium between track and drift but my main issue is having enough castor
Trial and error really!

Like that a lot and I'm not usually a stance fan!

Quite interesting the responses I get, the stance boys don't see it as stance and everyone else sees it has stance!!
The whole car is performance orinatated (bar the pretty wheels and the name of the company that sponsor me!)

Your touring looks cool living the digi dash!

That Jetta greeted me into Ultimate dubs and looked the bom-diggity!

Cool touring, looks like it wants to rape cars at the traffic lights

Sorry taken ages to reply, the arches are from a chap over on retro rides, I cant find the ones that I bought, but there are these

http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.c ... 146&page=1

which are cool with the flat outs for the rivets. They are universal so a bit of trimming is needed, the guys at Team Sunset may have one set left, iirc there around £200

Did you have any issues with front wheel hitting chassis - I'm having this problem with 9.75 et25 and 20mm spacer, catches on full lock on inside and by wing (on chassis)

The front is all e46 on this, the shell is about the only e30 bit left.
