When I first heard the car was white with light interior, I expected it to look effing awful. Its kindof growing on me now. Fortunately, a previous owner has removed the original interior, that was green ! :puke:

I posted this question elsewhere on the zone - what do you guys reckon if I was to get a bmw motorsport tricolour stripe, approx 1.5 inches wide, along the swage line of the car? A bit too council, or would it look OK?

No, it was never on the car to start with, so leave it off.

I might PM him and ask if he has any touch in sticks - my neighbour has a blue Clio with a couple of chips on the front bumper winkeye

I used to own that car. I fitted the full interior which came out of a black breaker, a wing (scruffy as opposed to damaged) and a front bumper. I did some welding on the sills and floorpans and it had had a very slight ding at the front and had a Japanese style bumper on it when I bought it.

It was a decent thing and felt quick.

The chap I sold it to had some bad luck with it. It snapped a rocker a few weeks after he hsad bought it and the people he had fix it tuned it 180 out and it ran like a bag of spanners.

Good car. Good luck with it.
