Some of you will remember the Hartge H26 touring that has been around for years and that it appeared on Ebay a few weeks back ?
well as much as I Hate tourings (only ever owned them to break )

because there was Hartge content and i am Ill...I went to have a look,
I was suprised at how tidy it was so a deal was done..
hopefully with some minimal work I will have this ready to smoke around in this summer,
you will no doubt come across it at the usual meets
here's a few pics from when it was dropped off..
Nice ! only other RHD console Dials I have come across are in Ians H27 cab
the comfort cloth simply has to go..
I quite like Auto's and the Hartge switch logic system had me wondering, this is probably what made me go to view just for a nosy...
select 1-2-3 on the BMW switchable Autobox , and this little lever allows you to tell the box when to change up or down..
quite clever really,
to be continued

Wow, not seen that kicking around for a while. I remember when the days this always seemed to be forsale.
Where's it been hiding?

Looks great from the outside - stripes and wheels are
Not a fan of the Hartge interior bits though - that steering wheel is terrible

I drove this about 10-12 years ago.
It was owned by Kevin Royle from the BMWCC. The Fagtronic bit works well enough.

Very nice Steve! I'd like to see the switchtrolic in action...fancied it for the c2, but Birds have no parts left and can't replicate the software any more they said.
