E30 Zone

hey all here is what i have been up to lately.

So far i have ready to bolt on is

10j rear banded steels
9j front banded steels
bilstein shocks front and rear (looking for springs low enough )
front and rear ebaich anti roll bars
smiley headlights
custom leather dash with blue stitching around the vents and bits
stripped out interior
painted inside with hammerite
mocal oil cooler
sports front seats

needing to finish

perspex windows
springs
m20b25 block
welded diff
polybush kit

let me know what you all think so far

got to flare the arches yet and also yes grantly done them for me and a huge thanks to him ! as there superb and are absolute brilliant !

they hopefully wont rub or catch when the arches are done

my friend olly owns a paintshop and that's what my wheels came out like ! we went mad with some paint and done kawasaki green inside with a honda bike purple on the lip with a nice blue on the edge of the rim....

imo i love the outcome, so have decided to do the cage the same green and the car itself black ! let me know your thoughts

I got them done via my friend at OSBodyworks in sittingbourne

he does all my work for me and he is very good. He soon will be doing my gf's car from blue to white an e46 m3 rep wich will look very tasty when done

also my car is going to him next week to painted and my roll cage so cant wait !

This is almost as bad as the welding job I have to do on my prefacelift... Watching with interest, it could turn out to be a little beauty this one...

Have you dropped the engine and gear box?

not yet dude i think the reason its so high is because the rear has been dropped on bilstein shocks and springs, so my theory is its lifted the front lol

Man thats ridiculously high!

This is my chav ride which is basically a bare shell right now!

Haa that's like mine a bare shell engine is due to come out next week along with paint, also the roll cage welded in and my new leather dash with green stitching !!

what size tires did you fit? nice stretch

cheers dudes, the tyres are 195/50/15 rears 10j and the fronts are 195/45/15 on 9j

quite a stretch and i have decided to do polished lips and black or white centres now.

well i am thinking of having the car dark metallic blue and the wheels eitha polished lip with black centres or polished lip with white centres

what do you think ?

il be getting my banded steelies this week and i want polished dishes too but how can you do that

this is the blue i would love !

Out of the 2 choices i would go for polished lip and black centers.

Maybe dark metalic silver centers?

Put a thread up in E30chat. Photoshop hero wanted. Something like that.

Put a pic of you car and your wheels on it. Side on if you have a good one. Ask someone to do a mock up of different colour combo's. Give you an idea at least
