since having it. i have fitted power steering, replaced both lower arms with new bushes, new dizzy cap with ignition coils and spark plug leads, 2nd hand speedo, new blue temp sensor, 17 inch alpina rep wheels, a slight lowering, fitted smiley headlights and smoked indicator lenses along with a full service including timing belt change, coolant change with fuel filter and all the plugs. polished the rocker cover and also polished the inlet manifold as it was a mess!

AS u can see, i am a through and through E30 fan and love the stuff that people have done to their cars on this site....

By the way, this is my first car :P

Its lowered 60 mm yh but it suffers from sitting slightly high on the front, alot of e30s suffer drom
this so i just gt sum 60mm springs for a 318 to bring the front end down...
About the aerial, im not sure as it was like that when i bought it :)

On the rocker i went thru grades of sandpaper, starting with real rough stuff, then going finer n finer, then wire brush end on a drill and brush the whole cover.. This gt rid of all the lines left by sandpaper.. And then machine polished it using a metal cutting compound polish n then using other polishes.. Its slightly off mirror finish, but i like it.. Work on it more n it will get mirror finish but not as smooth as chrome
