Things I still want to change:
- Lower it back a bit ( - 4cm max.)
- Other exhaust.
- Motor revision (just to make it perfect again)
- in time a respray (front isn't that nice anymore)

Stunning colour and car, I prefer it on the standard wheels, as aftermarket wheels need to be at lest an inch bigger to pull it off, they look too small.

Agree
Just take care of the bubble leather, I was reading the other day that they are pritty much irreplaceable once you need to change them

Mate looks fantastic!
Given me some good inspiration for mine.
Quick Q - your hard top - did you get that custom made or are they available to purchase off the shelf?

@madaboutthe30: Yeah I allready have the problem with the drivers seat. It's pretty damaged on the seat. But I have heared there is a german guy that make's those type's...just have to find the adress...
Stoffz: I thing the hardtop has been bought new when the first owner bought the car. Don't know if you can still buy these type's new with the leather interior.[/b]

Lovely looking car you have there mate, simply stunning.
One thing I noticed in your pics - where are your side repeaters? Is this normal in Europe or Belgium?

Posted: Wed Jan 13, 2010 6:46 pm
by Bjorno
Yes that's normal in most European country's. We only have to have side markers if we are abel to pull caravan's or so.
So it was an option in those days.

This weekend I upgraded the convertible a bit.
It now has a limitied slip diffrential and a shorshifter from a Z3 2.8 liter. So even more fun to drive the car!

Yh just as Mark (maddog) said, if this german chap can produce the bubble leather that would be a great number to have......my leather is fine, but as far as I am aware, everything on a motorsport convertible you can get hold of apart from that bubble leather

Great!!
I ordered those chrome tailpipes, now convince me that 2.8 lever is great

Looks like you really enjoy your car mate, lovely. Keep it away from that dreadful Antwerp ring and its drivers...!
