E30 from Aus

Its been a while since I’ve started a thread on the zone, and since then I’ve made some additions to my car so I thought it was about time I washed my e30, found the camera (just a point and shoot, sorry some of the photos are a little blurry) and posted some pics of the object in focus. But first a quick update...
Cosmetic stuff/Options:
- Cruise control
- Tweeters
- 13 button OBC
- Leather single piece ///M gear knob/gaitor
- Rear head rests
- Premium speakers
- HID’s + white halogens for highs and parkers
- Clear/white front and side indicators
- Boot lid liner + 2nd boot light (Ordered, but still on the way)
Other stuff:
- Bilstein sports all round
- -55mm Superlow King Springs
- Replaced my old tie rods on both ends of the steering rack
- 24mm Whiteline front sway bar with adjustable links, I kept the standard M-Tech 14.5mm rear sway bar
- Remotec A 16”a×8”a et16 4×100 + Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 205/50 16
- Rolled & Pulled Fenders
So, on with the photos”¦
A shot of the wheel... There's about 3" dish, 75-80mm
And a couple so you can kind of see the HID's, I got 4300K (very good investment btw)
Now its time to save for the engine swap (I’m thinking modded M52B28, but who knows) and I’m thinking Z3
short shifter and 2.7LTL steering rack at the same time.
Suggestions/ thoughts/ other?

Gorgeous car mate, did you get the Remotec's welded and redrilled to make the 4 X 100 fitment? Any problems with the process? Thanks

Haha, the paint is already looking a bit sorry (... I mean pink) on the spoiler. I try and keep it clean and I wax it every now and then to try and preserve the paint. I'll probably end up respraying the car if I keep it long enough though, and I have no intention of selling it...

These remotecs are originally 4x100, so I didn't have to worry about any redrilling. I know the alloy that remotec used to make these was a bit softer than the average alloy wheel, so maybe there'd be an issue welding in the original lug holes on a set of these wheels if you were redrilling them. I was looking for some Borbet B's, but then these came up for sale and I couldn't pass them up. Also, I was able to weigh the 16x7.5 Borbet's and these 16x8 remotecs. The borbets were 9.2 kg, and the remotecs were 8.7kg, obviously without a tyre and air, pretty happy with that.
And I've added a couple of photos to the first post where you can see the HID's

Where do you buy your parts from?

Which parts?? All over.
In Aus its often (significantly) cheaper to buy from O/S, even including the shipping.
For instance I bought my bilsteins from the US and including shipping I saved around $500!
And I got the wheels from Germany, but that worked out alright.
You just have to keep looking around.

yeah, I had them refinished before I put them on. The clear coat was trashed, and the black paint under that was pretty average too. There were no bends or gutter rash though. Well worth the money though, they look tits imo haha.
