E30 Zone

My tinternets' arse collapsed last night, so i spent a couple of hours on Photoshop to get me through the zone withdrawls. I love cop cars the world over, but this is the coolest one yet me thinks

Rumour has it that police trialled the Lotus Carlton when new! Now that is one I really would not like to see in my mirror!

They would crash it on the first corner...same with a lotus carlton, same with the cossies they had....and the esprit...and the 2.8 capris..infact the only rwd car the police seem capable of keeping out of ditches is the omega- cos its slow.

Im sure this is why they now have subaru's and evos.

the only reason i haven't done it to mine is that i get the feeling it'll get keyed / attacked on a weekly basis as morons will see it as a target and i don't have a garage to keep it in

when the lotus carlton was released there were a series of ram raids around the north west and the getaway lotus carlton outpaced anything the manchester met had air or land..

i had a 2.5 omega and it was great fun! big ol car tho tbh but stuck like shiz till you took the TC off!! not uber fast but powerfull and really long legs..

the cops never tested the lotus carlton, they had just taken delivery of a fleet of 3.0 24v senators when it was released lol they where quite pissed off
