new project 318i

well ive been in to my volkswages a long time an owned jetta gti 16v an golf 16vs but decided i wanted a change so i picked up this at the weekend as a new daily.. i was realy lookin for a 325 but this 318 came up cheap so i had to snap his hand off for it . mods so far ive made the rear lights all red an the kidneys black next on the list will be some lowering 
anyways hears 2 crap pics till i get it taxed tomora so i can take some better ones .....
also was after a bit of infomation about brake setups like whats needed to upgrade to disks on rear and bigger vented on front if thiswas a vw id know answer but new to bmw hahah
