yeah came with 7 center caps aswell, as for welding one 3" plate on drivers side inner arch and a plate welded under battery tray other than that seems to be a solid car.

As I said earlier mate, well done on the bargain! It's in the best colour aswell. You should be able to sell the hartge wheels and they'll pay for the welding and more.

Sounds like you got a serious bargain there mate - those caps are like hen's teeth. As long as there are 4 straight wheels amongst the bunch, you won't have to wait long for a buyer - I'd like them myself, but I am a pennyless loser!

The car sounds relatively unrusty too - we all know that's the main thing with any e30, especially a sport. What else needs sorting? If it's just minor mechanical guff, you'll be seriously quids in - looks like a really sound buy from every angle. What colour is it? Lachs?

DJK hi fella i`ll start with the easy one first, yeah the colour is lachs silver on the whole on the out side is in really good condition other than a couple of 5p side rust spot on the sunroof panel(came with another panel tho), the bodywork needs a mopping/clay baring/ polishing front lower bumper panel needs a spray from stone chips, and also i need a drivers seat.

two major ones are drivers side rear inner arch needs a plate and the battery tray needs replacing, the rest it was all ok.

mechanical side of it i drive it home yesterday was only about 177 mile and never missed a beat went through the gear nice no whines from the diff and pulled really well it was a real pleasure to drive, going to have it booked in for a full service and all the oils change IE gearbox and diff.

No idea mate, he's been in the courthouse already.

Any luck with the spigot rings?
There's a chap in cambridge who stocks loads of different spigots, I'll go see him for you.

Barry, This looks fooking handsome! I'm thinking about getting E30 DH and putting D6 DPH on the golf.

I like it that much that I'm putting knob head back in jail for a few days :)
