Hi All

Just thought I’d share my E30 with you guys, had her for about 8mths, purely a toy for the summer. I originally had 18”a alpina’s on it but they were to big and rubbed and pulled rear pod from the Mtec kit to pieces.

Had her MOT’ed today after changing the engine mounts and she failed on lower arms and a few exhaust rubbers plus the tracking is way out. All’s being sorted in the morning so she’ll be ready for the road.

Spec below ”“ Enjoy

H reg 325i Cabriolet, Mtec II
117k plus tones of history
5 Owners
Eye brows and black grils
16”a Lenso rims, 195/45/16 Front & 205/40/16 Rear, Toyo
Cream motorsport Leather
Alpine SPR comps up front
Alpine Type R 12”a
Alpine Head unit

Plans for future
Manifold
Short Shift
Red rear lights
ICE ”“ SPR rear coaxial, 4 Channel Alpine AMP, 1000w Mono block AMP.
New electric aerial
polly bush (front)
LSD
German style pressed plates

Enjoy.

Thanks mate. Seats cleaned up well bit with a bit of liquid leather will come up even better. The seats really do finish it off nicely. Worth spending the money mate.

No worries mate. Paid £2600 for the car with the 18" which I outted straight away.

The roof is manual which is fine for me, goes up and down easy enough. From what I've heard the electric hoods can be more hassel than what they're worth.

Dam right, the were nice enough rims but too much for the car and f**Ked up the ride so much, couldn't go lock to lock, they rubbed, pushed the wing out..... She's now got a nice set of 16"

I'm working on the car today so will post a few more pics of the engine bay for ya.

Cheers fella just been lucky really and bought clean examples and kept them. The E36 is cleaner than it looks in that pic and done 70k and I've had it 5 yrs

http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff12 ... /motor.jpg

The Cab was by chance, the E36 got smashed into and I ran it through a mate garage so I got the work done and had about £2k change, bit more and that got me the E30 so in reality that only cost me £900 of my own hard (i say hard losly  ) earned cash. Unfortunetly the bike I had to pay for but still had a bit of a touch there and got it cheaper than I should.

Simple luck my friend and patients.

Cheers fella, took a while deliberating over them but happy with the result, I'd have liked a set of BBS RS rims but means a 5 stud conversion. Maybe further down the line.
