pulling her out of storage a few weeks ago.

not looking too bad without a wash :)

Gave her a wash satuday evening when it was cool.

At a vw car show sunday , you can really see the carbon bonnet now :D

I also met a fellow zoner e30dave while i was there.

And one last shot , had to pick up some shopping , so i parked right over in the corner furthest away from all the shitboxes people call cars these days

imy correct me if i'm wrong but they look a hell of a lot like borbet b's.

i may be wrong but who knows.

I'm pretty sure they are not Borbet B's, look like 17" as well 8)

They look like the splitties you could get for the 8 and 5 series(E39).

its had an s50 b32 e36 m3 engine, and is a beast of a car! 5 stud conversion when e30 m3 parts were easier to come by.

Along with Ian Haynes's conversion, this was one of the first that worked.

If you remember - I was converting my diamond black sport with an s50 also. It stagnated after buying a m3, but needs to be finished.

Yes its 3.2 ltr m3 powered and goes like stink , i love it.
The wheels are indeed bbs RC , or style 5's as bmw call them.They came off an 8 series.
Sorry the pictures are crap, they looked a lot better before i uploaded them.

About time you pulled this out of hibernation mate :)

You'll have to run through to York one weekend and take me out for a spin in it as I've never been in a S powered E30, only seen the rear view of yours down the 1/4 mile :P

Hi lee,
She's been back on the road since the begining of may.I've been down at the strip the last 2 meetings.Cliff ran his m3 last time.
Cool pics lee,it brings back good memories.
Can't believe i finished the conversion two years ago now.

thanks dave.i used it the first summer then the plan was to stash her away for winter but i got busy with my other cars and before i knew it another year had passed :eek:
