Not good. How did one of your lights get embedded in your ear through an un-broken screen??

thats quite a lot of damage for a little van to do. i had a similar type impact at 50/60ish with a bigger truck and it didnt cause that much damage to my e30
100% her fault and full payout? looks like a personal injury claim as well. good luck with it.

Tell you what though. look at the state of the reletively new french turd compared to the what 18 year old e30?? I know which car i'd have rather been in.
Was it that fiesta that did the rear damage?
i hope you take the brainless tart to the cleaners?

Blimey, thats quite some impact, and on this occasion I agree with our boy above,I would rather have been in an E30 than a French turd, namely my French turd(S).
Cabin seems to have held together well, glad your sort of OK,could have been fatal by the look of thing

I´m glad you´re ok!
One less e30 in the world, but that´s easily replaceable, human life isn´t...
I had one guy with a new fiesta (3 month old) rear end my old car (citroen zx) on stationary traffic and it was a bit scary.
You´re minding your own business and suddenly "BAM"... can´t feel my ear... ooh, my neck hurts...
But in the end if one´s allright and alive, it´s what matters!
Also glad that the insurance company is working out for you!

Atleast your e30 died a glorious death, saving you one colder winter morning.........
Sue the hell out of her.....Keep pestering your doctor every other week, whiplash, postdrammatic stress, back pains, numbness in your cheek bones, anything you can think of that you can throw at her.
To give you an idea, my old man had was in an accident about a month ago. Now whilst were sueing for compensation, the lawyer told us to include the invoice of when we got the new kitchen fitted with the excuse of "my back was hurting so much I couldnt fit my own kitchen. I had to employ someone to do it!"

Quote from her website...
It is that time of year, resolutions, new starts and a desire to do something a bit different. Christmas was wonderful, very relaxing, and delicious food courtesy of The Mother Hen.
Unfortunately The Hound, The Mother Hen and I were involved in a car accident just after, thankfully we are all alright, but have taken on a "Bride of Frankenstein" look. Did you know airbags are filled with smoke and burn and bruise your inner arms? I might take to driving in opera gloves. The main thing is everyone involved is fine.
It does make one think that a girl cannot live by flower shop alone, and working 7 days a week isn't really the way forward. So from now on we will be closed on Mondays (except when we do flower school) I realise this is a radical change, but I feel quite sure you will get used to it.
The shop reopens on Thursday, expect a few more changes........
