My 325i

I bought the car a good 4 months ago now and touch wood havent had a single problem, these pictures are the ones form the advert as mine are stuck on my bloody phone!
I will add more really soon as its getting a full clean and shine up this weekend...weather permitting

The car is an 89 325i, however it was the showroom model so from new has alot of extras. There are the obvious touches with the 15 inch BBS (dont know if all 325s had them), a tech1 boot spoiler, full black sports leather and tech1 steering wheel. The things you cant see are the mtech suspension, heated front seats (working), cruise control (working) and even the battery relocated to the boot.
It has an electric sunroof too, but im not sure if this was standard on a 325?

There are only 62,567miles showing but this is due it being faulty and changed at 63,000 odd, so overall she is about 125,000miles and working perfectly, even the headlight wash works spot on!

Im chuffed with the car, my only issue is the drivers seat bolster needs a re-trim, the rest of the seat and interior is perfect.

As for the obvious rust issues so far Ive been lucky, the car was garaged every night for 17 years or so while the first owner had her from new. The second owner couldnt keep her garaged but the weather doesnt seem to have affected her, and now at my house she is back in a garage 3 nighs of the week. All of the underside of the arches and sills appears perfect and there is no rust anywhere else, even around the spare wheel (which is an untouched 15 inch BBS!!!). Before i bought it the boot lining was pulled back and the inner arches were checked and were pristine.

Im considering selling the car as Im going travelling in 5 weeks, Im not desperate to sell but getting my money back to take with me would be good as Im moving to London next summer so cars arent an option!

I love this car so selling would be a big ache, but if i can get my money back it makes too much sense, once i decide on the sale ill put her in the proper section and cross my fingers!

Hope you like the not so good photos for now...update asap.

Cheers, Tom.

looks and sounds a really good car which makes it a rarity these days but I doubt if the tech1 spoiler was fitted from new as it is an 89 car also all 325 saloons have the battery in the boot.

thats what i thought about the spoiler, but as far as i was told thats the story, apparently its because it was the showroom model...no idea lol, its not in the history as an addition but couldve been home made.

cheers for the comments lads

do you think itd sell quite well if i tried?

Nice looking vehicle...just my type of thing.

I suspect that you'd have not the slightest problem selling it.

thanks for the positives, because its so nice the main problem with selling it would be me letting go lol

yeah dolphin grey is my favourite colour now apart from maybe lachs on a tech1...was worried about the colour until i gave it a proper clean and polish then it looks truly awesome.
