Zender 323i in the USA--

Hey, I'm Ryan. I'm from the US, and I'm into E30's (of course). I like to see the styling of the E30's on this site, so I'm around a good bit. I work as a BMW and Porsche technician, and really love these older cars. I havent posted any pictures of my car here so I figured now is the time.

This is my '85 323i. It has a Zender body, BBS split 2-piece wheels, and the dogleg gearbox. It is a rust free 110k kilometer car. Lots of fun, and completely original. Body and wheels were dealer optioned according to paperwork that came with the vehicle.--

This is the '87 325es I've been restoring. It's come a long way since these pictures, but this is all I have. It now has an E28 M5 decklid spoiler with a Zender airdam similar to the one on my white car. It also has the early steel bumpers that didnt come to the US. Im putting an S50 into it soon, whenever I get the free time.--

I also have an '87 325is, which is almost ready for paint (going blue with this one). I've had it for years as a project whenever I dont have anything better to do. This is back when I purchased it around 2004 or so--

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the warm welcome, especially to a forum with so many nice cars. I've been coming here for years to browse the photos section for ideas.

The car actually came with BBS split rims--

They were dealer-option ordered and came with the car originally.

Never mind the Alpina centercaps. The car has a lot of Alpina bits on it, but I'm transferring them over to my 325is. They dont belong on a Zender car.

If anyone knows where I can find another set of split wheels, let me know. I need some 17" 5x120 wheels for the black car. It has E36 M3 suspension, and I need wheels to clear the brakes!

if you have the money then Germany and ebay.de is where you will find a set of BBS RS say. Best looking splits imo

Hey Jason! Yeah back at you, your car (back in the burgundrot days) was the whole reason I stopped fooling with E36 M3's. Turns out E30's can look as good as they perform :) Before I came across pictures of yours all I had seen was US spec big bumper cars.. meh.. they look terrible.

So yeah, you know what I think too.
