This is my BMW E30 M40 Engine ... the Original 1988 model with ECE bumper BBS RS wheels and RE01R for trackday ....

Bangkokclassiccar.com started as a small community gathering all the classic cars' lovers in thiland. Now we have over 5.000 verified members. This year, BMW E30 becomes a big hit in our community. I myself bought two E30s this year, one for track used and another for original classic-look restroration ... many have done the same.

Just like to share my E30 and some of our friends. This one is my first E30 I am thinking to modify it for racing track use ...

You bet ... we've never been suffered snow or rusted but we've got sun-burnt instead ... ha ha ha ... It's never be a winter in Thailand ... but practically it is summer all year round ... put it in a positive way.

If you like the pictures .. here are some pics of my friend's A.GT track car. An E-30 with M42 twin-cam engine after its first-step modified by Lek-A-Arm Garage @ Bira International Circuit, Pattaya. The pictures took two weeks ago during Songkran (Thai New Year) Holidays.

And here is my restroration project from a Bangkok Legendary BMW Racer--"LEK-A-ARM"--Garage.

Body works, the Metallic Grey M40 has been totally changed to a "Signal Red" manually mix with some
bright orange color. I think this color is more or less like "Ferrari Rosso"
