Ta very much :P its going for paint at the end of the month as its beyond any polishing, and the arches need doing properly before the rust meets the sills
Ive seen these leather dye kits on the net where you actually rub the seats down and dye them any colour you want, then finish them in a gloss or matt finish according to taste. Has anyone ever used one and are they any good??

i think it looks good TBH, what colour are your seats and what colour do you want them? i think its easy if you got a light colour to start with, as i think its easier to get dark dye onto a light coloured material...im still not sure on how their "leather prep" works though, because if that works properly the it might not be so difficult to change the colour of black leathers 8) i guess they have to be contacted for more info

They say you can go over black easy. Apparently the prep involves rubbing the seats down completely, so you literally re-surface them. mine are black and im thinking of doing the centres red and re-doing the bolsters black so they are like new. would be different!

ahhhhhhh ok so it basically removes the old dye 8) thats fantastic for only 80 quid  and red centres with black bolsters will be awsome...just make sure they have a proper colour match for the red

the rear window appears to be in good condition too which is a bonus! nothing worse than a milky screen. you need to get some proper bmw rear window polish, looks like a tube of toothpaste. and it wont scratch the plastic if you dont have a heavy hand / crappy cloths
