Do you mean out of the Golf and my IS?no1_jazz wrote:very nice which is quicker out the 2?
If so, the golf is supposed to be quicker with some pretty variant 0-60 claims on the internet from 7.1 seconds to 8.5 seconds but in reality I think it must be a bit tired because we sit neck and neck up to about 110 then we ran out of road.
Funny story actually, my mate with the golf recently realised that he forgot to insure it. *twat* So upon trying to insure it he realised that ecar had changed their rates and will no longer insure him for less than £2000 so now he has to sell it.

Got my MOT in just over a month, I'm dreading it, I don't have the best of luck with MOT's my last car failed twice because one headlight wouldn't adjust correctly even though every time it came out of the MOT bay I could adjust it fine myself.m4xos wrote:mine was £200 and went straight through the m.o.t, isnt faded red either! nice and shiny!!

Only car I've had pass MOT first time was my brown Citroen ZX which ran on 3 cylinders, cut out all the time and went clunk when I turned right.
Is there anything that regularly goes on E30's I should look for? As far as I can tell it should be alright once I've replaced the split steering gaiters and found a new bonnet release cable, because its broken where it connects to the release handle.
