you say it's a 2.7 turbo....so if you don't mind me asking what was the total build cost for the engine? part's & labour wise?

Hi 325msport

the total cost for all work for this engine came out at about 7.5 K

Since the original build i have also had more head work done by QEP, (O Ringed and 3 valve seat cut) then i had a company called Allunox manufacture a one off stainless steel log type manifold

I would estimate that i have spent about 9 - 9.5 k, to be quite honest i really havn't add it all up....

Hi Grindculture,, the last time on the road made 383 BHP @ 1 Bar,, she has gone to the Master to be turned up to 2 - 2.5 Bar,, with the added mods i am hoping to achieve slightly more,, No Assumations to the new power figures i am afraid,, but will post up the result,, probably after Sal,, as it shall be going on his Rollers....

7.5j x 16 and 9j x 16 if i remember right,,
Love Type A's,,
Was gonna put them on mine,, but they wont go over the AP's,,

Shall keep them ready for another gentle sleeper unless i get a reasonable offer on them,,,
too good to let go for nowt,,,

Tyre size is 215 / 35 / 17 Front
225 / 35 / 17 rears, all toyo S Lines,, ET 20
Could not get anything wider in unless we started to chop and roll,,

Yes mate that is my likkle Bruvva,,
The yellow 30 was affectionately named Reckon,, unfortunately she came to reside at one of my other Bro's workshop (Richard, Swartz Black sport,, E30 RS),, due to a fox or cat running in the path of her,, my Likkle Bro steve, naturally tried to swerve to miss it, and did,, but landed himself in a position that body damage was unavoidable,, it transpired that Reckon had finally became a bit of a Banana,,,
But as they always say, Every cloud has a silver lining, or is it, all can be right with an endless pocket of Money ???
Steve then went on to Buy a white 2 door 325i sport that was absolutely solid,, the engine had a few problems and because the Zoner who was seeling it was making it into a track day toy it also had No interior,
With that, Stevie, with help, set about totally tranforming the new sport,, he has done so much work swopping things over from Reckon to the new sport and when it was finished it then got some love from my other Bro, Buggsy, who literally made her new again,,
Steve has now sold the sport, and to one of his mates,, i am just wondering when he shall return.

I am situated in Stapleford mate,, 2 Mins from Junction 25 of the M1,, you are welcome at anytime to see her mate,, But,,,, she don't see Rain (No Traction /// = No Fun)
