we had a postie who USED to work at royal mail who was dumping alot of mail in chapel woods down on the newton road. He was sacked when they founds loads of sacks of mail!

Sounds like your address has been clocked as one that receives morsels for theiving. Get complaining mate, but gear yourself up for a tough slog. Royal Mail are kents. Look into using DHL or UPS or someone who can make money from logistics, not use it as a front for tea-leafing.
