agreed, that's what's driven me to E30's.
a mate of mine has just bought a bubble arched MK1 shell as a home for a naturally aspirated cossie lump... set him back £6k for the shell 8O

fastest car was a carbon bodied twin hyabusa engined radical 138mph and fastest bike was 1500cc turbo hyabusa 160mph not bad on a public road.

its a fantastic event - got within sniffing distance this year and then the youngest sprog kicked off so had to dive off to the beach to to get him fed and entertain the older one.. gutted. That 1000hp Skyline belongs to Gary P of GT-ART - bloody genius and a top geezer to boot. I heard it go up the strip on Saturday from the beach, posted a sub 11 at 130. :D and it was hot.

I went down for acouple of hours in the morning, there were some stunning rapid motors down there, as for the ///M3's i would say the silver one was standard engine wise and did not look quick at all, but the black one must of had a 2.5 conversion running a carbon airbox, it sounded awesome with the sound echoing though the arches

Ahhhh, you can't beat the sound of a C/f'ed airbox M3 bouncing off the limiter 8) 8)

I never knew it was going on, just thought it was something to do with bikes as there must have been a few thousand of them there!

Saying that, the lanes was nice and quiet!
