10.00am we all met up in comet car park, with the addition of an mx5 and a rather nice early e36 325i

on our way to our first destination we all thought we would push our cars to the absolute limit  whilst almost airborne over a crest i noticed the MX5 doing a 360 behind  It went spining into the side of the road removing two tyres of the rims. luckly a freindly MX5 owner stopped and had a £19.99 12v tyre inflator.

Next we went ahead to the next stopping point whilst we waited for the mx5 to limp back

once the mx5 had cought up we drove down to helmsley.

The mx 5 owner went to a garage and got his other tyre "fixed" they managed to change the wheel with a bmw spark plug tool

On the way to the Lion Inn

5 mins in to the drive and the mx5 had a big spill and was lucky nothing was coming the other way and there were no lamp posts.

i was behind him and passed him while he was swapping ends on a rather small verge 8O

funny how the e30's remained planted to the tarmac :P
