Luckily the weather held out for us today...just! and it was my first car meet let alone first BMW meet  some real nice cars turned up, and a fairly good turn out with a good 12 or so cars. Took quiet a few pictures had a chat with some, but for next time im putting forward the suggestion of stapling our forum names to our heads  still a really friendly bunch wish i had a car of my own now :( and wish i could of stayed longer! for those that have guessed i was the guy walking round with the camera doing all the shots, my names Dan if i talked to you was very nice to, and hope to see everyone at another meet soon!

anyways here are the pics, i have censored out the number plates as i wasn't to sure if people wanted there numbers sprawled across the tinternet. If you would like original copies without a mass of lines all over the place then i have still got the pictures and can send you them.

enjoy :)

LOL at Paul turning up in his Bmw badged Tourer(Skoda wagon)

And also to see the Northamptonshire boys too.
Next meet will be in March/April I think.

Thanks for uploading some pics dan-fam
I drove up with dave318 and gooner1 from Northampton.
Unfortunately, gooner1 missed the exit by the Toby and went for a 20 odd minute tour of the local area, carefully observing the speed limit.
This was my first E30zone meet & it was a good turnout, nice to put faces to names etc.

Er, gooner did miss the bleedin exit, because gooner was supposed
to be leading the two planks ,one with sat nav, and the other
who,d been there before and on DRUGS, to roughly where the meet was.
Then said planks were supposed to take over, and lead the way.
Imagine my suprise, when, glancing at my rear view, i spot Ick and Dick turning off at the junction i,d just shot past. :o
Comes to something when a couple of 325i,s can,t keep up
with a 316i estate 8O . That,s touring btw, Rav. :)
Good to see some new faces along with those i,d already met.

we missed the turning for it at the first meet..Easy to do , and that was after spending ages stationary on the M42 . Nice place but your right car park small. that meet we did at Tamworth, had a nice size car park.

I didnt have a problem with overshooting the entrance, I simply came in via the exit :)

Nice to meet everyone and hopefully find a better location for next time!

Where ever we do the next one can we try and keep it close to the 'majour motorways IE the M40/M42. Actually with the clow plough fitted on properly it's amazing how different the front end feels at speed.

With regards to a December meet it be cool to do something festive as a group maybe do a meet and drive to a nice pub with partners and have a good xmas dinner/lunch together in the warm.
