Love the pictures, looks very picturesque.I drove my first 318i cromie E30 from Weybridge in Surrey 1996 to the Highlands to a place called Inchree south of Fort William.I stopped at St.Andrews over night on the way there. On the way back I set out at 9.00pm and arrived home at 5.15am,I stopped for 1- hour average 80mph,well some where around that speed,I was in the car for 7hrs 15 mins. You can probably guess what I'm going to say next apart from I need a life ! the car was perfect, didn't miss a beat.It was a 1987 E30 and as far as I know its only in the last year RIP.Reg-D499 CPL.

i suspect your girly springs were sagging with the weight of your tool kit

aaaanyway, someone advised me i should increase the ride height

that said, i didn't have ground contact between any part of the car other than the tyres - and the oncoming blizzard of stones!

oh, and the contact between my head and the roof on several occasions
