Thanks for the nice comments guys!
The car has a mish mash of different manufacturers - but i think the results speak for them self's.
I was very pleased with the handling of the car, if i had better tyres and maybe slightly better front toe i could have got a little more speed through the bends.
Getting the car to this trip was quite a last min affair and as a result i was still doing some mapping on the ring!
Ive got some nice pictures ill get up tonight!
Ando i remember you and the CSL down to Dover
Did i see you on track too? There was a 350z i let past on one of the bends

You could have done, I was on track over the weekend Sunday & Monday.
I did film 1 of my laps but the camera was to low in the car to see the track, got most of the cockpit in and the sky, seats are to low in the 350z to get a decent shot out the front window.
Here's a pic of my car on track. Sorry its not an e30, was going to build one with my old m3 evo motor but thats another story.
Cheers

Guys, hope you all enjoyed your trip

- and a huge "THANKS" to you all (esp Ant, and mate (sorry didnt catch your name) for spending your valuable time helping us get our E30 back on the road in Adenau after the fuel pump relay packed up..
Although we decided against more laps at the 'Ring (after my unexpected trip to the local Polizei house

) we headed off for an awesome day at Spa on the Monday, car ran perfectly .... would thoroughly recommend it to you guys for your next next trip it is on the way home too

You haven't lived until you've done Eau Rouge !
Mainly Evos, Scoobies, GTRs but there were another couple of UK E30s lapping, a white tourer with towbar and black/graphite one with White Rays alloys....

Well uys what can i say? Bl00dy awesome 4 days and im really suffering from the post holiday blues!

Can't wait till the next one and was a thorough test of the car to give a good basis of what needs doing. The touring performed pretty much faultlessly but needs a couple of minor issues addressing plus a new gutter trim after it blew off with speedo off the clock lol!
Will post my pics and vids up tomorrow as ive gotta head out now.
Roll on ring 08!

That was, without a doubt, the BEST trip I've ever been on.
It had everything:
Speed, Drinking, Voyuerism....etc etc. Facking loved it.
If anyone is umming and arring about a Ring trip, then DO IT. It is facking brilliant.
I might start a 'Dave's Taxi' £75 a lap!!!

That was one great trip, a big thanks for Dave for organizing it. I learned lots more this trip about the track and my car went really well.
I also got a ride in the ring taxi, however i got a ride in the 'Dave taxi ' and it was just as quick and more sideways!!! Proper HERO!!
Can't wait to get back there, getting my pics sorted and reliving the trip.

big thanks from me too for organising it boys.
stu same here about the track felt I was linking the bits of sections I knew together and felt more confident on there definately. Really enjoyed myself and although the car wants some bits sorting for next time I felt happy with what was going on
