mine wasn't 'purring' while following the kiev express, i had to 'thrash' it over 4000 rpm a few times to keep up!

It has to be said though neil, are you sure it's not had a B25 dropped in before you bought it?

personally I reckon its bored itself out to 2.3 due to beatin the bejesus out it from cold

Thats one of those views where you just park up, step out of the car and just look at it in silence with your mouth open.

Unbelievable is it not !! I feel very proud living so close to scenery like this. Takes my breath away everytime I see it.

i lost track of how many times we drove over a crest, saw the next view and could only utter "wow...." besides that, we were left speechless on many an occasion
Staggeringly beautiful part of the world.
I'm glad i made the effort to come, sure beats the cheaper option - a week in spain booooring!

malcolm, it gets me a few free beers in a local bar after putting that pic on their facebook page. it reads like a hall of fame of daft barstewards from hastings, wearing daft t shirts all round the globe! I think i'm the first pictured to be that far north on our wee island though
