I don't know, but until someone gives the right answer, try 0.030"(0.75mm) That should be enough to get you going.

Ԛ£80? is that from the dealer?
Try
www.eurocarparts.co.uk they are Ԛ£50+vat+delivery(unless you pick them up..)
Plugs are Ԛ£1.45 each...already gapped, but tis .8mm
u sure u need HT leads? they "arcing" in the dark?
Have you looked for vacuum leaks as well, the air intak bellow (after AFM) often cracks.
Found out where your plugs go yet?

cant suss out where that plug goes yet
the main air leak was the intake pipe wasnt connected properly to the afm/airbox
ive put it all back together after cleaning it all and now it idles way too high like 2k revs cold and 1-1.5k revs warm
still got the miss abit on idle and low revs but doesnt miss on high idle (2k revs)
cant see any arching on leads the rotor and leads llook new but tryin got elimate everything
would incorrectly gapped plugs cause a miss on idle and not up the rev range?

Never trust the gap on new plugs. Who's to say that some monkey didnÔš't drop it at the packing plant? The plug is the heart of the engine so taking a second or two to check it right is defiantly worth it. The gap size will be shown on the box and if you are in doubt I would buy new one's. I think NGK are as good as they get. Good luck.

This sounds like the idle control valve or ICV, if you can locate it give it a good clean with brake/carb cleaner.
As for thte missing, make sure the end up th HT leads and the plugs are clean and snuggly fitted.
