Ok before you think 'oh no not another one' this I feel might be different. Ive checked for spark and fuel of which it has both. I'm pretty stuck except the idea it may have striped the teeth off the cam belt. Am i missing some thing obvious?

Is it turning over or just clicking on the starter ?

I'd guess that as it has a spark that it is turning over.

If you remove the timing cover & turn it over you'll be able to see if the cam turns with the engine or not.

I've done a little searching and it seems the crank sensor seems to be at fault fairly often. I'll the belt first i think though. Also a few other tricks to try from reading old posts.

Quick question again, when cranking how much fuel should come out. It's not really what i call high pressure coming out from the pipe going into the fuel rail more like a constant flow. Also isn't it meant to prime on the second turn and not just on cranking?

This is largely a myth. It does with some early versions, but most don't.
If it gives a decent spark at a plug every second turn of the crankshaft, and the fuel pump relay pulls in, then I doubt if its the crank position sensor.
Do the spark plugs get wet with fuel after trying to start it?

Yep, i've only checked two of them but both were wet. I'll whip them all out tomorrow and have a look. Also take the cam cover off and check the belt. I hope its not serious as i was looking to sell in the near future :(

Does it sound normal when cranking, or does it turn over much more easily?

It sounds normal and almost sounds like its want to start but won't. I'll check them bits then compression test finaly after that. It drove fine untill i left it for a few days and went to start then these problems sprung to life.

Fuel pressure gauge would be a good idea as well.
