Heated Seat Wiring...

Hello electro-whizzes.
Could use some wisdom.
I need to retro-fit some modern heating elements to my E30 heating loom as my E30 elements are tatty and new ones are NLA from the dealer.
They loom and elements are both 12V and both have what I think is 1 x earth and 1 x live running to each element (one for backrest and one for seat) and the E30 switches have 2 settings, warm and hot, just like the modern kit.
What I need to know is what colours on the supply end of the E30 loom should go to the newer elements?
The E30 loom feeds the elements with:
1 x yellow/red
1 x red
1 x yellow
1 x brown
Anyone know what these colours are?
This is of use to all Zoners because the modern elements are better/faster to heat up as they are carbon and are readily available / cheaper but their switches look cheap and destroy your entire interior.
