all e30s comes with central locking ?

just wondering if all e30s comes with central locking ,
mine is an 84' coupe
never had the central locking working for as long as i had the car.

No - I had an '85 320i which didnt have it. Manual windows too - the only standard elecrit item was the mirrors.

In '84 central locking was available, but not standard. I had a non CL '84 316 myself once.
Maybe you have it but it's not working. One easy way to check its to look at the boot catch, on the inside. If it's CL you'll be able to see the CL solenoid below it (behind the number plate).
If it's not working there's mucho advice on the the zone on how to get it working again...

if you find you have it and its not working search for 'red black wire' and 'Brianmooore' as the author. if that doesn't work i have a couple of control boxes and solenoids here.
