How hard or easy is it to make a manual rag top into an electric one or is it not possable

it will be possible but in no way worth the grief

Electric hoods are a liability

I've never opened up a manual one but i was under the impression that the bodywork was missing the holes for all the motors.

probably opens and closes quicker when manual ? + more reliably
