Z3 stick needs fitting

Can someone fit my new Z3 stick for me,I have all the parts,I dont trust myself (probably f@ck it right up)Would like someone who has done one or two before,will pay cash & dont mind travelling (not to far),by the way the car is an 89 320i cab.
